1. How can I choose the right size?

We have corresponding American size, European size and Asian size. You can choose according to your needs, and we can also provide samples for you to test the size.

2. Are there color differences between the product and the pictures?

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen display settings of various devices, shooting lights, and environments. We’ve made every effort to ensure that product images closely match the actual items. If color accuracy is crucial for you, please contact our customer service for more real - life photos before placing an order.

3. What materials are the clothes made of? Are they comfortable to wear?

The material composition of each product is clearly indicated on the product page. For example, cotton garments are breathable and absorbent, ideal for daily wear; polyester - made clothes are crisp and wrinkle - resistant, making them easy to care for. We also describe the fabric features and suitable occasions. If you have sensitive skin, it’s advisable to consult our customer service before purchasing.

4. Do the clothes have elasticity?

Whether a garment has elasticity is clearly stated in the product details, using descriptions like “stretchy and form - fitting” or “slightly stretchy”. If you can’t find this information, please ask our customer service, and we’ll confirm it for you.

II. Washing and Maintenance

1. How should I wash the clothes?

Washing instructions vary depending on the fabric. Clear washing guidelines are available on the product page and the care label of each garment. For instance, cotton clothes are recommended to be hand - washed in cold water and avoid direct sunlight; Clothes made of polyester fabrics need to be washed at 30 degrees or below and can be machine washed.

2. Will the clothes fade or deform?

All our products undergo strict colorfastness and shrinkage rate tests before leaving the factory. However, dark-colored clothes may experience slight color bleeding during the first wash. We suggest washing them separately in cold water by hand. Additionally, excessive sun exposure, high-temperature ironing, or improper washing methods may cause fading and deformation. Always follow the care instructions.

3. What should I do if the clothes pill?

Some fabrics, such as cotton and wool, may pill slightly after prolonged friction, which is normal. You can use a fabric shaver to gently remove the pills and keep the clothes looking neat. We also mention in the product details whether a fabric is prone to pilling to help you make a choice.

III. Orders and Logistics

1. When will my order be shipped?

Inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders are usually shipped within 15-20 days.

2. What should I do if there is an issue with the logistics information?

If the logistics information hasn’t been updated for a long time or shows abnormal status, you can first check the tracking number on the courier’s official website. If the problem persists, contact our customer service, and we’ll assist you in communicating with the logistics company.

3. Can I change the shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can directly modify the shipping address on the order page. If it has already been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to coordinate with the courier to change the address, but we cannot guarantee success.

IV. After - sales and Returns/Exchanges

1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can click “Apply for After - sales Service” on the order page, select the reason for return or exchange, and fill in the relevant information and upload product photos as prompted. Our customer service will review your application within 24 hours. After approval, please send the item back to the provided return address and enter the tracking number in the system.

Do you have after-sales service?

We provide after-sales service within 30 days. If there are any quality problems with the product during this period, you can contact us and we will handle it for you within 24 hours.

How to customize?

We accept customized fabrics, logos, sizes, accessories, etc. If you have a design that needs to be customized, you can send us your specific requirements and we can customize it for you according to your requirements.
