For example, cotton garments are breathable and absorbent, ideal for daily wear; polyester - made clothes are crisp and wrinkle - resistant, making them easy to care for. 4. Do the clothes have elasticity?
Whether a garment has elasticity is clearly stated in the product details, using descriptions like “stretchy and form - fitting” or “slightly stretchy”. If you can’t find this information, please ask our customer service, and we’ll confirm it for you.
II. Washing and Maintenance
1. How should I wash the clothes?
Washing instructions vary depending on the fabric. Clear washing guidelines are available on the product page and the care label of each garment. For instance, cotton clothes are recommended to be hand - washed in cold water and avoid direct sunlight; Clothes made of polyester fabrics need to be washed at 30 degrees or below and can be machine washed.
2. Will the clothes fade or deform?
All our products undergo strict colorfastness and shrinkage rate tests before leaving the factory. However, dark - colored clothes may experience slight color bleeding during the first wash. We suggest washing them separately in cold water by hand. Additionally, excessive sun exposure, high - temperature ironing, or improper washing methods may cause fading and deformation. 3. What should I do if the clothes pill?

III. Orders and Logistics

Inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders are usually shipped within 15-20 days.
2. What should I do if there is an issue with the logistics information?
If the logistics information hasn’t been updated for a long time or shows abnormal status, you can first check the tracking number on the courier’s official website. If the problem persists, contact our customer service, and we’ll assist you in communicating with the logistics company.
3. Can I change the shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can directly modify the shipping address on the order page. If it has already been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to coordinate with the courier to change the address, but we cannot guarantee success.
IV. After - sales and Returns/Exchanges
1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
You can click “Apply for After - sales Service” on the order page, select the reason for return or exchange, and fill in the relevant information and upload product photos as prompted. Our customer service will review your application within 24 hours. After approval, please send the item back to the provided return address and enter the tracking number in the system.
Do you have after-sales service?

How to customize?
We accept customized fabrics, logos, sizes, accessories, etc. If you have a design that needs to be customized, you can send us your specific requirements and we can customize it for you according to your requirements.
