4. Do the clothes have elasticity?

II. Washing and Maintenance

1. How should I wash the clothes?

Washing instructions vary depending on the fabric. Clear washing guidelines are available on the product page and the care label of each garment. For instance, cotton clothes are recommended to be hand-washed in cold water and avoid direct sunlight; Clothes made of polyester fabrics need to be washed at 30 degrees or below and can be machine washed.

2. Will the clothes fade or deform?

Inventoryorders are shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders are usually shipped within 15-20 days.

2. What should I do if there is an issue with the logistics information?

If the logistics information hasn’t been updated for a long time or shows abnormal status, you can first check the tracking number on the courier’s official website. If the problem persists, contact our customer service, and we’ll assist you in communicating with the logistics company.

3. Can I change the shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can directly modify the shipping address on the order page. If it has already been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to coordinate with the courier to change the address, but we cannot guarantee success.

IV. After - sales and Returns/Exchanges

1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Our customer service will review your application within 24 hours. After approval, please send the item back to the provided return address and enter the tracking number in the system.
